With large additions of Strawberry

hefty aromas of fresh Mexican hot chocolate and a subtle heat lingering alongside it from the very aromatic Chilhuacle negro chiles and Guajillo Mexican peppers

we blended with some two-year old lambik

Apple varieties in the mix were mostly Szara Reneta together with Golden Delicious, Topaz, Idared and Jonagold. Wildflower honey. Big sweet and tart Polish mead.
